The Dow Human Resources Development Program offers recent graduates opportunities to learn the best-in-class HR program. After completing the three-year program, you will be placed in HR positions in accordance with your interests, Dow needs and job availability.
The three-year program comprises rotational assignments in a number of key HR areas, including:
